Here are five strategies to help silence your inner critic and overcome self-doubt:

  2. Identify and challenge negative thoughts: When you experience self-doubting thoughts, pause to examine them objectively. You'll often find that they are irrational or rooted in broader insecurities rather than facts.

  3. Celebrate small wins: Give yourself credit for small progresses and achievements along the way. This helps build self-confidence and motivation.

  4. Pursue your passions: Engaging in activities you feel passionate about can reaffirm your strengths and reignite your belief in yourself.

  5. Surround yourself with supportive people: Having a positive support system can provide the encouragement and reality checks you need when self-doubt creeps in.
